  Position is a combination of overnight shifts for Night Audit and swing shifts for Guest Service Agent.  The Night Auditor responsibilities include audits, balances, and reports on the various areas of the hotel (e.g., rooms, front desk, group reservations, etc.) to provide accurate and timely financial information on the hotel’s operational performance for the day.  The Guest Service Agent responsibilities include representing the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest’s stay by working with all hotel personnel to ensure every guest experience superior customer care. Responsibilities include registering guests, assigning rooms, accommodating special requests, and ensuring the guests have a pleasant stay and smooth checkout.

  Job Title: House Attendant Status: Non-Exempt Job Summary Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain commercial establishments, such as hotels and restaurants in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, executive offices and other work areas so that health standards and hotel standards are met. Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas Dust and polish furniture and equipment. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers. Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean and tidy. Sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors, using brooms, mops, or powered scrubbing and waxing machines. Deliver supplies to room attendants and restock supply closets. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Two years prior hotel housekeeping experience. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Language Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Other Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
