• Employee Relations Associate (Human Resources)

  Under direct supervision of the Employee Relations Manager, is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the development and implementation of policies, programs and procedures directly and indirectly related to Employee Relations. Assists with the administration of the drug-free workplace drug testing program, including record keeping and provider relations. Extensive interaction with departmental supervisors, managers, team members and public is required.

• Access Control Technician & Locksmith (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under direct supervision of the Access Control Manager, installs, troubleshoots repairs and maintains the Access Control System, Electronic Key System, Locking Devices, Visitor Management System, and any other hardware related to the same, for the Tohono O'odham Gaming Enterprise.

• Accountant (Finance/Accounting)

  Under general supervision of the Finance Supervisor, the Accountant performs basic accounting functions such as account reconciliations, prepares journal entries, and assists with preparation of month end financial statements and year-end audit. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

• Assistant Slot Shift Manager (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Position Summary: 
  Under the direct supervision of the Slot Shift Manager, this position is responsible for the day-to-day slot operations on an assigned shift. Must be able to demonstrate leadership by example on a daily basis and actively promote enterprise events to our guests.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Education and Experience:
  High school diploma or GED required. Two (2) years of Slot experience required plus one (1) year of general leadership experience; or four (4) years of leadership experience at a supervisory level or above.  Must be 18 years of age or older. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain a gaming license and to include the following:

Obtains written quotes from Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) approved vendors and documents vendors performance. May be responsible for various commodity buying including but not limited to food and beverage ordering, vendor licensing monitoring or uniform acquisition.

• Cook I (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Sous Chef. This position entails using a wide array of cooking techniques to prepare food for enterprise guests, basic skill in meat and fish butchery, basic knowledge of preparation of stocks and sauces, placing stock in proper storage areas, cleaning and maintaining work areas and kitchens, and overall production for all Food & Beverage venues.

• Cook Ii (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Sous Chef. This position entails prepping food items, cooking, placing stock in proper storage areas, cleaning and maintaining work areas and kitchens, and overall production for all Food & Beverage venues.

• Drop Count Assistant Manager (Finance/Accounting)

  Under direct supervision of the Drop Count Manager, oversees Supervisors, and Drop Count Team Members. Ensures compliance with internal controls and monitors and verifies accuracy of process documentation. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

  Under direct supervision of the IT Support Manager, responsible for coordinating, tracking, designing, set-up, testing, operation and repair of the Casino’s Audio Visual (A/V) equipment and systems. Delivers the full range of A/V services offered to the Casino’s team members and guests through the exercise of independent judgment and the exercise of discretion.  Troubleshoots technical issues and maintains a working knowledge of various product platforms. Designs and performs new system installs and upgrades to existing systems and components. Additional tasks include system maintenance, documentation, AV sales support and requirements requested by guests or directed by management.

  Position Summary:
  Under direct supervision of the Restaurant Chef, Restaurant Chef (Steakhouse), Restaurant Chef (Italian Bistro), Food Court Kitchen Manager (based on assigned venue), performs one-on-one training of line cooks. Assists in menu writing, costing, scheduling, and all other related duties as assigned. Must have extensive knowledge of Title 4 (Arizona liquor law).   Under direct supervision of the Senior Food & Beverage Manager, responsible for the overall direction of all restaurant operations.  Must have extensive knowledge of Arizona Title 4 (Liquor Laws).  Works efficiently in a team based environment and must follow Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) alcohol training as well as all TOGE Internal Controls (ICs) consistently.

• Security Officer (Security)

  Under direct supervision of the Security Supervisor, responsible for the protection, safeguarding and security of the Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) assets, personnel, guests and visitors during their assigned shift.

• Security Officer Emt (Security)

  Under direct supervision of the Security Supervisor, responsible for the protection, safeguarding and security of the casino’s assets, personnel, guests and all visitors during their assigned shift.

• Slot Electronics Bench Tech (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Under direct supervision of the Slot Tech Supervisor, the Slot Electronics Bench Technician will troubleshoot, repair and maintain slot machines, components and related parts, assemblies and sub-assemblies for the Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) 

• Slot Electronics Bench Tech (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Under direct supervision of the Slot Tech Supervisor, the Slot Electronics Bench Technician will troubleshoot, repair and maintain slot machines, components and related parts, assemblies and sub-assemblies for the Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) 

• Slot Shift Manager (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Under the direct supervision of the Slot Operations Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day slot operations on an assigned shift. Responsible for supervising, managing, and monitoring the overall slot area including all slot department team members for efficiency, guest service, adherence to all departmental, Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE), Tohono O’odham Gaming Office (TOGO), and Arizona Department of Gaming (ADOG)  policies, procedures, and directives, protecting all TOGE assets. Develops and mentors team members. 

• Slot Tech (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Under direct supervision of the Senior Slot Tech, installs, repairs and maintains slot machines for Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE).

• Slot Tech Supervisor (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Under direct supervision of the Slot Tech Manager, oversees and supervises all Slot Tech personnel.

• Poker Assistant Shift Manager (Table Games)

  Under general supervision of the Poker Shift Manager, oversees daily Poker operations.

• Kitchen Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under direct supervision of the Steward Supervisor. Job requires washing, sanitizing, organizing and replenishment of all dishes, utensils, equipment, food storage areas, floors and food preparation areas. 

• Lead Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under direct supervision of the Assistant Sous Chef, prepares food items according to the production sheet for the assigned area. Delegating task/jobs to cooks, firm understanding of menus or prep sheets, advanced knowledge of basic culinary techniques and methods.

• Poker Assistant Shift Manager (Table Games)

  Under general supervision of the Poker Shift Manager, oversees daily Poker operations.

• Poker Dealer (Table Games)

  Under direct supervision of the Poker Floor Supervisor, deals Poker to guests on assigned shift.  

• Poker Floor Supervisor (Table Games)

  Under direct supervision of the Poker Assistant Shift Manager, monitors Poker tables, Dealers, and all non-department personnel coming in contact with the Poker tables on assigned shifts.

• Table Games Dealer (Table Games)

  Under direct supervision of the Table Games Floor Supervisor, deals all Table Games offered by Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise to guests on assigned shift.  

• Table Games Floor Supervisor (Table Games)

  Position Summary:
  Under direct supervision of the Table Games Pit Manager, monitors all Table Games offered by Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE), Dealers, and all non-department guests coming in contact with the Table Games Pit on assigned shifts while creating a fun, friendly, and courteous environment for all.

  •Practices outstanding guest services to both internal and external guests, by promoting teamwork and creating a fun, friendly and inviting atmosphere that encourages mutual respect.
  •Implements and ensures compliance with department, Casino, gaming regulatory policies, procedures, and Internal Controls (ICs).
  •Proactive in anticipating guests needs striving to provide memorable service experiences

  •Basic knowledge of other games and services offered by TOGE at each property.

  •Evaluates and coaches all Dealers to increase skill level.
  •Ensures Dealer quality and efficiency so they may deal at the department mandated game pace (hands per hour).
  •Ensures safeguarding of all Enterprise assets.
  •Ensures the integrity of all games.
  •Informs Table Games Shift Manager of any deviation from Standard Operating Procedures.
  •Renders impartial decisions using all available means, i.e. Dealer/Player, information and surveillance.
  •Maintains Player Tracking Log and Table Activity Card and Player Rating. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of Table Games area
  •Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
  •Performs other duties as assigned.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Education and Experience
  High school diploma or GED plus two (2) years dealing experience as a Casino Dealer with the games of Craps or, Roulette, and Blackjack plus a minimum of two (2) years supervising table games and must have supervisory experience of either craps or roulette; or completion of the Desert Diamond Casino Table Games Floor Supervisor’s Mentoring and Training Program. Must be able to pass a basic Table Games Strategy Exam. Must be able to pass a math exam which includes specific Player rating scenarios. Must be 18 years of age or older. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation and obtain and maintain a Gaming License and to include the following:

  Knowledge, Abilities, Skills, and Certifications
  •Extensive knowledge of, and ability to deal, all table games offered by TOGE.
  •Extensive and complete knowledge of ICs.
  •Knowledge of procedures and Casino floor operations.
  •Extensive knowledge and practice of all Title 31 requirements.
  •Skill in human relations, communication and supervision of assigned team members.
  •Must know basic strategy and identify warning signs of advantage play.
  •Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with team members and guests.
  •Ability to apply basic mathematical skills to Player and money tracking
  •Ability to practice the principles of public relations and outstanding guest services.
  •Ability to appropriately manage stressful situations, occasionally dealing with irate guests.

  Physical Demands
  While performing the duties of this job, the team member regularly is required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to walk. The team member occasionally is required to stand; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

  Work Environment
  Work is generally performed in a casino setting with exposure to second-hand smoke and a high noise level. Evening, graveyard, holiday and/or weekend work will be required. Extended hours and irregular shifts will also be required.

• Table Games Craps Dealer (Table Games)

  Under direct supervision of the Table Games Floor Supervisor, deals accurately, professionally, and proficiently all Table Games offered by the Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) to guests while creating a fun, friendly, and courteous environment for all guests.

• Warehouse/Receiving Clerk (Operations)

  Under direct supervision of the Inventory Control Supervisor, enhances effectiveness by performing a variety of Shipping & Receiving duties and tasks. Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

• Busser I (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under direct supervision of Food & Beverage Supervisor, Busser I set tables with clean linens and silverware and remove soiled dishes, glassware and silverware from the tables. Secondary responsibilities include proper maintenance and cleaning of side stations, floors, furniture, and restrooms, perform other duties as assigned. Works efficiently in a team based environment and must follow all Title 4 (Arizona liquor law), and Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) alcohol training as well as all TOGE internal controls, consistently.

• Audit Clerk (Finance/Accounting)

  Under direct supervision of the Revenue Audit Supervisor, reviews and compares operational paperwork with reports from systems for Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise.  Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.  

• Slot Technician (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Under direct supervision of the Senior Slot Tech, installs, repairs and maintains slot machines for Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE).
