The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring a safe work environment, exceptional cleanliness standards, and outstanding guest service. This role works closely with the Executive Housekeeper to maximize guest satisfaction, protect hotel assets, and support efficient departmental operations.

As the Restaurant Supervisor you will assist in all phases of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations. This role serves as a leader on shift and helps ensure smooth, efficient service. You will be working in coordination with fellow supervisors, Executive Chef, Sales, Catering, and Food and Beverage Manager. Ensuring that all standards for both services, safety and quality are met. You must have open availability for early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
As an Engineer, you would be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our menu, making recommendations based on the customer's preferences, taking orders, up-selling special items, and keeping the facility clean and stocked. To be successful in this role, a barista should have customer service skills, knowledge of brewing methods and specialty drinks, and a motivation to keep the store clean and presentable (while experience is not required, it is preferred).
Supervises and directs the financial activities of the hotel, safeguards the assets, and prepares all financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and Crescent Standards.
The Banquet Captain oversees banquet functions by leading staff, ensuring smooth event execution, managing client needs, and supervising food and beverage service and setup/breakdown. Key responsibilities include reviewing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), coordinating staff and set-ups, ensuring guest satisfaction, processing payments, and maintaining a safe, clean environment to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in the hotel's success by serving as a direct link between the front desk and the sales team. This position involves assisting with incoming reservation calls for groups and meetings, managing contracts and room blocks, and ensuring effective communication with the hotel team to meet the expectations of sales clients.
