• Front Office Supervisor (Guest Services)

This 384-suite property is set in the Penn Quarter neighborhood of D.C., just two blocks from the Washington Convention Center and a mile from the National Mall. A Front Office Supervisor is responsible for assigning work and ensuring the completion of daily tasks in Front Office operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Ideal candidates for this position will have previous hotel front desk experience, as well as the passion for assisting guests and the ability to lead a team (sometimes in the absence of a manager).

• Guest Service Agent - Embassy Suites Washington DC Convention Center (Guest Services)

This 384-suite property is set in the Penn Quarter neighborhood of D.C., just two blocks from the Washington Convention Center and a mile from the National Mall. A Guest Service Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The ideal candidate for this position must possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for creating memorable guest experiences and the ability to multitask with attention to detail.

• Houseperson (Housekeeping)

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

This 384-suite property is set in the Penn Quarter neighborhood of D.C., just two blocks from the Washington Convention Center and a mile from the National Mall. A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Please note that candidates for this position must have previous housekeeping or janitorial experience.
