The ultimate mission of the hospitality Engineering will be to ensure our guests’ satisfaction by exceeding their expectations. The position is primarily responsible for maintaining the building, grounds and mechanical equipment with particular attention towards safety and security. In addition, the role is accountable for performing maintenance tasks on a daily basis that are critical to providing an exceptional stay to each and every guest.
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for planning and supervising the dining arrangements at the hotel. The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in overseeing the food and beverage operations to provide good quality service, food and beverage presentation and guest experience.
The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answers and processes all phone calls received, plus handles all special requests for services or information, in accordance with standard policies and procedures.
