• Cage Cashier I (Finance/Accounting)

  The Cage Cashier I is responsible for performing entry level cage cashiering in a casino environment. Duties include receiving and exchanging cash, checks and gaming chips from patrons, handles and processes department fills, credits and bank reimbursements and transactions. Prepares cash drawer reconciliation and accounting records, counts and maintains department tokes, maintains records for accuracy, receives, verifies and drops all department revenue, verifies and records fills and credits utilizing CTL's, ensures ticket redemption machines are maintained and in proper working orders while ensuring they have the appropriate currency and coin levels, receives cash revenues from count rooms and prepares daily deposits. Provides superior guest service to and internal personnel and patrons of the casino. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. Starting wage is $21.52/hr plus tips increasing to $22.06/hr plus tips at successful completion of 90-day orientation period.

• Showroom Usher (Recreation/Entertainment)

  The Part Time Showroom Usher is responsible for providing superior guest service to patrons while they are attending events in our casino showroom. Duties include assists guests with seating, attends to any guest questions or disputes and resolves problems in accordance with casino policies and procedures as directed. Works closely with internal departments in a positive and professional manner, takes direction from Showroom Coordinator as needed and ensures guests have a pleasurable experience. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department director. This position starts at $16.81/hr and moves to the standard $17.39/hr after successful completion of a 90-day orientation period.

• Patron Shuttle Bus Driver (Transportation)

  The Patron Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting employees or guests to and from the casino in a timely manner utilizing casino shuttles and providing superior guest service. Duties include ensuring that the casino shuttle buses are clean and presentable at all times and reporting incidents and safety hazards to department manager as needed. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. Starting wage is $22.61/hr increasing to $23.75/hr at successful completion of 90-day orientation period.

• Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Steward is responsible for performing F&B inventory duties by receiving and storing of all food, supplies, and necessary materials for the kitchen department. Provides internal guest service by effectively communicating with kitchen staff to ensure daily orders are fulfilled for various department, assists with daily inventory and maintains an organized and sanitary storage area.   The Extra Board (on-call) Deli Attendant is responsible for providing superior guest service to casino guests while performing duties at the deli counter. Duties include serving hot and cold beverages, preparing and serving food, handling inventory, stocking counters, display coolers, sandwich bar and steam table neatly and according to holding requirements. Keeps all display equipment neat, clean and free of debris during business hours while maintaining the cleanliness of the deli area as needed. • Extra Board Hostess / Cashier (Food & Beverage)

  The Extra Board Hostess/Cashier is responsible for greeting guests as they enter the casino restaurants while providing exceptional guest service. Additional duties include maintaining reservations, assigning tables to service staff, calculating daily receipts, finding suitable seating for guests and keeping the hostess area stocked and cleaned at all time. • Extra Board Barback (Food & Beverage)

  The Extra Board Barback assists bartending staff while performing barback duties. Duties include providing superior guest service while interacting with guests on the casino floor, provideing relief assistance to bar staff when needed, stocking beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice and dry goods and assisting with keeping the bar area clean and presentable at all times. • Guest Service Representative (Guest Services)

  The Guest Service Representative is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner while providing administrative support as needed. Additional duties include promoting good guest service, acts as point of contact for incoming visitors, responds to telephone inquiries and resolves called issues and concerns. Notifies appropriate departments and escalates situations as needed. Receives, sorts and distributes department mail, performs administrative work as needed and answers property inquiries to guests.
