As an Analyst, Compensation & Benefits - Asia Pacific, you will play a pivotal role in the Asia Pacific Total Rewards team in the day to day operations. As the Director, Engineering & Openings - South East Asia Pacific (SEAP), you will support the Senior Director of Engineering and Project Directors, from “Opportunity to Opening” on projects with complete handover and successful opening of hotels in SEAP. The activities include implementation of Hilton International’s regional engineering & safety brand standards for all Brands for successful completion of new build, conversions, relicense as well as on-going projects.
The Director, Field IT Opening & Growth Delivery - Asia Pacific will be responsible for the leadership of all technology related activities for Opening and Conversion hotels in Asia Pacific, drive alignment between Hilton and owners to make it easier to do business with us and support the company's strategic priority of delivering industry leading, high-quality net unit growth.
As the Manager, Connectivity - Asia Pacific you will partner with the Online Travel Agents, Leisure, and Wholesale account management and sales teams to evaluate direct connect opportunities with new and existing distribution channel partners. You will coordinate the implementation of new direct connect partner programs, focused on potential to drive incremental business and/or operational efficiencies through providing direct access to Hilton inventory and pricing.
As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will contribute / lead project reviews of financial, operational, and compliance risks and controls across our global portfolio of business units and hotels. This position will be part of a team primarily responsible for risk-based audits across Hilton's APAC operations but may also be asked to audit hotels and processes across Hilton's Europe, Middle-East, and Africa (EMEA) and Americas regions.
As Senior Manager, Brand Food & Beverage Development - Asia Pacific, you are responsible for contributing to and supporting high quality, profitable, and contemporary food & beverage development solutions for the Luxury, Lifestyle, & Full Service Brands that aim to exceed the guest expectation within our franchised and managed hotels, enhance the value proposition for our brands, and appeal to the local dining clientele within the market.
