Chicken Ranch Casino is owned by the Chicken Ranch Rancheria Me-Wuk Indians of California. Our 24 hour casino provides a western theme motif that features over 600 slot machines, table games, an Event Hall for Bingo, as well as two dining venues - the Ranch House Restaurant and The Roost Café Bistro. Players also enjoy casino dining with machine side service.
The Chicken Ranch Casino & Resort, a brand-new gaming resort and conference center in Jamestown, is slated to open late 2023. The ground-up development will be located below our casino’s current location.
Our new nine-story property will marry modern luxuries and state-of-the-art technology with an inspired design that subtly echoes the feather logo into its architecture and provides breathtaking views of the Sierra Nevada and Yosemite National Park. Outfitted with 190+ rooms, the hotel will include a luxury day spa, fitness center, dynamic rooftop pool and event space. The new gaming floor will see an expansion from the current casino, increasing the number of machines by 30% while bolstering table game offerings.

Why Jamestown is a great place to live!
-
Livability – Jamestown’s overall livability score is above average. This rating is the sum of our city’s data points and factors, and then a weighting of these variables is used to determine a good standard quality of life compared to other cities. The livability score considers education, crime, cost of living, and residents’ overall happiness calculated as a predictive index through statistical models.
-
Cost of Living – When choosing a new place to live, the cost of living is a significant consideration. The cost of living in Jamestown is lower than the national average and most cities in the state. While some areas can be higher than others on a state and federal level, the overall average of housing costs, utilities, grocery items, transportation, health care, and miscellaneous goods and services are less expensive.
-
Crime – Jamestown is a safe place to live, work, and raise a family. Jamestown’s low crime rate and family-friendly activities make it an ideal place to call home.
-
Education – The schools in Jamestown are above average on a state and national level.
