• Balance accounts from dayshifts
• Manage front desk and handle check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure guest satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities.
• Handle guest requests and complaints
• Reconcile accounts
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Liaise with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy
• Store any luggage guests have
• Make recommendations for activities and restaurant

The ideal candidate for this position

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Night audit experience at a hotel
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Time management skills
