Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Sous Chef. This position entails prepping food items, cooking, placing stock in proper storage areas, cleaning and maintaining work areas and kitchens, and overall production for all Food & Beverage venues.
Under direct supervision of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, maintains highly efficient and courteous food and beverage operations in a fast-paced setting by greeting guests, anticipating guest’s needs, providing knowledgeable food & beverage service, and providing consistent professional guest service with a positive upbeat personality. Must have extensive knowledge of Title 4 (Arizona liquor law). Works efficiently in a team based environment and must follow Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) alcohol training as well as all TOGE internal controls, consistently.

The program is an opportunity to provide supervisory exposure and training to hospitality service in Native American gaming. Offering on-the-job operational training in the Food and Beverage department. Works efficiently in a team based environment and must follow, Title 4 (Arizona liquor law), all alcohol beverage and food handling policy guidelines as well as all Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) internal controls, consistently.
