• Food & Beverage Manager - H (Food & Beverage)

  Responsible for the overall operation of all Outlets (Ladro Café’, Otium Grill & Greens, Altitude Sky Lounge, Mobile Dining and Banquets), to include, but not limited to hiring, training, scheduling and counseling of all staff members in these departments, the overall condition of the Outlets, Storage and Liquor rooms and banquet bars. Responsible to enforce all hotel policies including, but not limited to: employee appearance, attendance and punctuality, service standards and completion of job duties. Responsible to hold daily stand-ups and regular monthly/quarterly department meetings. Reports directly to the Food and Beverage Director. This position requires the manager to be on the floor of the restaurant/bar approximately 75% of the time. The manager is to assist with guest service in any way possible.

• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Line Cook is responsible for preparing food efficiently and consistently; assist in maintenance of kitchen. Is also responsible in overseeing the preparation of restaurant food to ensure timely delivery, food quality, consistency and presentation.

• Server - Altitude (Food & Beverage)

  A Server is responsible for overall guest service and food and beverage orders. Responsible for courteously and efficiently serve food and beverages to Guests in Altitude Sky Lounge, collect payments and assist in maintenance and cleanliness.

• Maintenance Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  This position reports to the Director of Engineering and may be required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that include day, evening, and both weekdays and holiday’s.
