• Human Resources Generalist (Human Resources)

  The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the administrative human resources duties for Avenue of the Arts.  Additional responsibilities include the coordination of staff recognition, employee relations, career fairs and training events.

• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquet Server represent the highest revenue generating department in the resort, and by this; the banquet server will have a charismatic personality and banqueting experience that encases the best banquet events in Orange County by applying impeccable serving abilities for all our guests. The Banquet Server maintains a clean and organized work environment.

• Host / Hostess (Food & Beverage)

  As a Host, you create the first impression with each guest and set the stage for their experience in the restaurant. From communicating accurate wait times to showing them to their tables, hosts are a critical part of the overall guest experience. You are responsible for greeting and seating guests, answering phones, and managing reservations.

• Grounds and Landscaping Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe Landscaping/Grounds Person is responsible for administering, directing, and controlling the Hotel grounds and landscape. The Landscaping & Grounds Person is responsible for maintaining a safe, appealing, and clean property while maintaining good customer service and a positive attitude.

• Restaurant Busser (Chefs/Kitchen)

  OVERVIEW: A busser serves patrons by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; keeping beverage glasses full; help with running food when necessary, adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment. Busser will occasionally serve food and beverages to patrons at tables. The busser must possess professionalism, is friendly and will strive to meet the highest standards of quality customer service.

• House Person (Housekeeping)

  The House Person role supports the room attendants and services public areas to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  The ideal Front Desk Agent candidate will have some previous Front Desk Agent experience, exceptional communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for positive, upbeat individuals who can deliver total guest satisfaction.

• Server (Food & Beverage)

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning rooms as assigned on a daily basis. The Housekeeping Room Attendant must ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to hotels set standards. Rooms must be ready in a timely manner for guests accommodations and work must be done in a safe, accident free manner according to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Interaction with guests and co workers must be conducted in a service oriented and friendly manner.
