• Grounds and Landscaping Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe Landscaping/Grounds Person is responsible for administering, directing, and controlling the Hotel grounds and landscape. The Landscaping & Grounds Person is responsible for maintaining a safe, appealing, and clean property while maintaining good customer service and a positive attitude.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  The ideal Front Desk Agent candidate will have some previous Front Desk Agent experience, exceptional communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for positive, upbeat individuals who can deliver total guest satisfaction.

• Director of Sales and Catering (Sales & Marketing)

  As the Director of Sales, you are the leader of the property’s group, corporate negotiated, tour & travel sales efforts in addition to convention services. Manages proactively to successfully achieve the hotel’s budget and service goals utilizing the hotels marketing plan and brand initiatives and strategy. Provides day to day leadership oversight of the group sales, convention services, corporate negotiated and tour & travel team members with a focus on building long term, value-based client relationships that meet the properties objectives. Maintains accountability by managing the selling efforts of each direct report to maximizerevenue opportunities.  

• Social Catering Manager (Sales & Marketing)

• Restaurant & Bar Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

  The Restaurant & Bar Supervisor will be responsible for profitable operation of the restaurant division, developing the brand and identity for the operation, planning future goals, defining and enforcing customer service and product standards. Provides leadership and training which fosters a positive growth-oriented environment focused on exceptional customer service, revenue and profits.

• Front Office Manager (Guest Services)

• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquet Server represent the highest revenue generating department in the resort, and by this; the banquet server will have a charismatic personality and banqueting experience that encases the best banquet events in Orange County by applying impeccable serving abilities for all our guests. The Banquet Server maintains a clean and organized work environment.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning rooms as assigned on a daily basis. The Housekeeping Room Attendant must ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to hotels set standards. Rooms must be ready in a timely manner for guests accommodations and work must be done in a safe, accident free manner according to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Interaction with guests and co workers must be conducted in a service oriented and friendly manner. 

• Host / Hostess (Food & Beverage)

  As a Host, you create the first impression with each guest and set the stage for their experience in the restaurant. From communicating accurate wait times to showing them to their tables, hosts are a critical part of the overall guest experience. You are responsible for greeting and seating guests, answering phones, and managing reservations.

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  As a bartender you are responsible to provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests.

• Server (Food & Beverage)
