Reporting to the Environmental Services Supervisor, the Environmental Services Heavy Duty Cleaning Specialist is responsible for cleaning their assigned area. Thorough cleaning of the facility includes sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, wiping walls, cleaning vents, removing fingerprints and smudges from mirrors and glass, shining surfaces, replenishing work and guest supplies, etc. Heavy Duty Cleaning Specialists are also knowledgeable and skilled in the use of heavy duty cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, honing machines, etc.) used for proper maintenance of a variety of surfaces and work related environments.
The top priority of the Inventory Clerk is to receive, store, issue merchandise, and enter data to maintain an efficient and productive store for all retail locations including Gift Shop, Extra’s and Golf Shop. Moving from one location to another on a daily basis is a must.
Responsible for welcoming casino resort guests in a warm, professional and friendly manner. Handle all phases of processing hotel reservations. Act in a sales capacity by always promoting and upselling the property. Ensure flawless, fast, accurate service is provided during each employee-guest encounter and at service point. Effectively resolve guest complaints and de-escalate conflicts to the benefit of the guest, department and company. Role model to fellow colleagues and other department employees and management. Directs culinary staff in restaurant to deliver high quality cuisine. Will work with (FOH) Front Of House Management to insure consistent high quality guest service.
Provides service to gaming machine guests, performs minor repairs to gaming machines, troubleshoots machines and documents malfunctions unable to repair at machine level. Responds to requests for information, changes large denomination currency into requested bills and coins. Initiates jackpot and fill documentation, acts as witness/verifier on jackpot and fill documents and electronic devices. Initiates restaurant service and assistance with gaming machine.
Maintain all Slot Department equipment at peak operational readiness and to provide superior service to both internal and external customers.
The Executive Sous Chef of Culinary Development is responsible for creating and implementing an ACF-accredited instructional food arts program. The Executive Sous Chef of Culinary Development will develop and foster employees’ skills in Culinary Arts, food safety & sanitation, industry quality standards, safety, proper use of industry equipment and fundamentals of kitchen operations. The Executive Sous Chef of Culinary Development educates employees to become better cooks and potentially into chef level skills. The Executive Sous Chef of Culinary Development fosters a learning environment where employees are encouraged to ask questions and learn about the culinary arts in detail. Instruction involves hands-on participation from employees’ so they can develop a firmer understanding of the practice.

Assists in a wide range of activities involved in general maintenance of the golf course. The individual should know how to operate a variety of equipment that is used on a daily basis in a safe manner. Some examples are: tractors, fairway and rough mowers, aerifiers, walk mowers, and spreaders for fertilizing fairways and roughs.
Starts players on the golf course explaining the rules of play for the day. Tours the golf course encouraging players to maintain a reasonable pace of play.
