• Front Desk Clerk (Guest Services)

  Guest-focused Front Desk Clerk needed to deliver exceptional hospitality through check-in/check-out, guest assistance, phone support, concierge-style service, and personalized problem-solving while upholding hotel standards and creating a seamless guest experience.

  JOB SUMMARY:      The front desk agent is responsible for the overall guest experience at the hotels. Job duties include providing a warm check-in, check-out, taking phone calls, acting as concierge, completing shift tasks as assigned, and maintaining hotel standards to improve the guest experience from the time they make the reservation and post check-out.

• Front Office Supervisor (Guest Services)

  Experienced Front Office Supervisor needed to lead daily hotel operations, coach and support team members, resolve guest concerns, uphold service standards, and create exceptional guest experiences through proactive leadership, accountability, and operational excellence.

  JOB SUMMARY:  The front office supervisor is responsible for maintaining, upholding, and enforcing company standards in order to contribute to the guest experience. The supervisor will complete a daily shift checklist to be submitted to the Front Office Manager daily. The supervisor is expected to develop creative ideas to better improve guest experience, recognize areas for improvement and make it happen.
