The Director, Luxury Restaurant and Bar Marketing is a key leader within the Luxury Marketing organization, focused on leading the marketing strategy and influencing the execution for Marriott’s diverse portfolio of Luxury restaurants and bars. This role is pivotal in driving restaurant and bar brand awareness, increasing foot traffic, and boosting revenue. This role partners closely with continent and the corporate Food and Beverage team, Luxury Operations team, and the Public Relations team to boost awareness, recognition and performance. The position will innovate and bring an independent R&B marketing mindset. He/She will work closely with Marriott International leaders and marketing leaders for our partner restaurants to co-create world class marketing strategies, plans, programs and campaigns.
The Sr. Manager, Entertainment & Experiential, W Hotels is an integral member of the W Hotels Brand Marketing team, part of Marriott International’s Luxury Group, and reports directly to the Senior Director, Global Brand Marketing, W Hotels.
The Manager, Luxury Social & Content Marketing will play a key role in executing the strategy, delivering key performance indicators, and executing social and content marketing initiatives for all our luxury brands. The role will be a core member of the Luxury Content Marketing team driving execution for social media marketing tactics to deliver against brand and content goals. In addition to other duties assigned, this role will work with the Brand, Portfolio and Loyalty Team to manage the execution of the comprehensive brand digital eco-system consisting of dedicated brand websites, brand social media channels, Marriott.com and other Marriott digital touch points. This role will need to be an innovator – supporting the brand’s overarching strategies (i.e. engagement, awareness, etc.) on key platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. This role will also collaborate on the execution of digital and social advertising in partnership with the Paid Social team – including social content publishing and paid amplification. This role will report to the Director Luxury Content Marketing and partner closely with key members of brand marketing teams, social agencies, public relations, digital product, external agencies, key hotel stakeholders, and the field/continental organizations. The role will work with agency teams directly as required.
This is a critical role on the W Brand team to deliver on the brand strategy. The role is responsible for the strategy, creation, execution, and sustainment of guest experience initiatives that drive differentiation, guest satisfaction, and reinforce W’s unique Cult for Culture. This role will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization to achieve fast and effective roll out of initiatives, acting as the primary W Brand representative to leverage the expertise and resources of Marriott International.
