• Accounts Payable Clerk (Finance/Accounting)

  Under supervision of the Accounts Payable Supervisor, responsible for day to day full cycle accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate and timely payment processing. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

• Water / Wastewater Plant Operator (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under the direct supervision of the Water/Wastewater Plant Supervisor, will perform a variety of skilled, technical and administrative work of the operation. Operates, maintains, monitors controls and repairs all water/wastewater plant process equipment, including pumps, motors, blowers, chlorinators, chemical feeds, sludge equipment and basic laboratory equipment to ensure that treated water/wastewater meets Tribal, State and EPA quality standards.

• Lead Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under direct supervision of the Room Chef and F&B Back of the House Intern, prepares food items according to the production sheet for the assigned area. Delegating task/jobs to cooks, firm understanding of menus or prep sheets, advanced knowledge of basic culinary techniques and methods.

• Environmental Services Floor Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under direct supervision of the Environmental Services Supervisor, cleans and maintains all internal and external carpet and hard surface floor areas: Concrete, stained concrete, tile or terrazzo.

• Payroll Supervisor (Finance/Accounting)

  Under general supervision of the Payroll & Scheduling Manager, coordinates all aspects of Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) payroll and scheduling operations. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.  

• Cook Ii (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under the direct supervision of the Room Chef and the F&B Back of the House Intern, this position entails prepping food items, cooking, placing stock in proper storage areas, cleaning and maintaining work areas and kitchens, and overall production for all Food & Beverage venues.

• F&B Front Of The House Intern (Internships)

  Management Internship for Food and Beverage department. Under general supervision of the F&B Shift Manager. The program is an opportunity to provide supervisory exposure and training to hospitality service in Native American gaming. Offering on-the-job operational training in the Food and Beverage department. Works efficiently in a team-based environment and must follow, Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws, all alcohol beverage and food handling policy guidelines as well as all Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) Internal Controls (ICs), consistently. The F&B Front of the House Intern position will be for a maximum of one (1) year.

• Food & Beverage Director (Food & Beverage)

  Under direct supervision of the General Manager, oversees the efficient and profitable operation of food service facilities, ensuring patron satisfaction and food quality, all personnel in the Food and Beverage Department. Responsible for all financial, operations and development areas.  Responsible in arranging, planning and staffing for special functions. 

• Food & Beverage Cashier (Food & Beverage)

  Under direct supervision of the F&B Supervisor and F&B Front of the House Intern, maintains highly efficient and courteous food and beverage operations in a fast-paced setting by greeting guests, anticipating guest’s needs, providing knowledgeable food & beverage service, and providing consistent professional guest relations with a positive and upbeat personality. Works efficiently in a team-based environment and must follow Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws, TOGE alcohol training, as well as all Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) Internal Controls (ICs), consistently. 

• Maintenance Tech (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, performs preventive maintenance, repair, and renovation on facilities and grounds.

• Slot Shift Manager (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Slot Manager and is responsible for the day to day slot operations on an assigned shift.  Responsible for supervising, managing, and monitoring the overall slot area including all slot department team members for efficiency, guest service, adherence to all departmental, Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE), Tohono O’odham Gaming Office (TOGO), and Arizona Department of Gaming (ADOG) policies, procedures, and directives, protecting all TOGE assets. Develops and mentors team members. 

• It Applications Administrator (Technology/IT)

  Under direct supervision of the IT Applications Assistant Manager – Administration, provides complex system-level support of multi-user applications, including installation, design, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and support of these systems. Applies best industry practices of security, performance optimization, and training tasks to enable users to maximize productivity. Makes independent decisions concerning applications while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
