• Guest Service Manager (Guest Services)

  Doubletree by Hilton Newark Penn Station is seeking a Guest Service Manager, who reports to the Director of Front Office. The Guest Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of our hotel, ensure that guests are welcomed when they arrive and that they are accompanied to their room, manage all lobby activities and see to the functionality of the hotel amenities.

• Director of Housekeeping (Housekeeping)

  Doubletree by Hilton Newark Penn-Station is seeking a Director of Housekeeping. Experience a must to be considered for this role. This is a Department Head position responsible for the successful operation of the Housekeeping Department of a busy downtown hotel. Responsibilities include, directing the housekeeping department as well as the seamless collaboration with front office while maintaining quality standards, profitability and customer satisfaction. This position reports directly to the General Manager.
