• Golf Course Foreman / Irrigation Technician - Seasonal (Recreation/Entertainment)

  We are looking for an experienced and reliable Golf Course Foreman/Irrigation Technician to oversee the day-to-day operations of our golf course maintenance team and manage irrigation systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, expertise in irrigation technology, and an in-depth understanding of golf course turf management. This individual will ensure the golf course is in top condition, with special focus on efficient irrigation practices, turf health, and team management.

• Food and Beverage Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

  As the supervisor at the resort restaurants, you'll be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the front-of-house team. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll assist in training and providing team oversight. With a passion for guest service, you'll lead the team in the creation of memorable dining experiences for our guests. 

• Golf Attendant (Recreation/Entertainment)

  This seasonal position will handle financial transactions for golfers on golf course, including merchandise sales, answer telephones, schedule tee times, and handle questions relating to golf. They will play an integral role in membership retention. Responsible to issue and process returns of golf carts and rental equipment to and from golfers ensuring that all returns are checked and correctly documented. They will monitor and maintain the driving range and practice areas, re-stocking golf balls as required.

• Food Runner / Busser Outlet (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Food Runner/Busser is responsible for working with the expo to assure prompt delivery of the food that is ready in the “hot” and “cold” windows in the kitchen. The Food Runner/Busser is responsible for delivery to the tables in the Food and Beverage Outlet. The Food Runner/Busser and expo work both together and independently to assure that every plate looks correct and to deliver hot/cold food in a timely manner to the guests in all outlets. The Food Runner/Busser together with the service staff is responsible for bringing any additional items the guests need to complete their meal.

• Beverage Cart Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  The Summer beverage golf cart attendant will provide courteous, professional service to all guests of the Resort.

• Sales, Marketing and Event Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  The Sales, Marketing & Events Coordinator will work in a team oriented environment and fully support and provide assistance to the sales team with administrative tasks, provide engaging customer service, and receive and qualify leads for sales or catering managers. This person will also support the continuing effort to deliver distinctively different guest experiences and nurture lasting relationships with our customers.

• Head Golf Pro and Ski Supervisor (Recreation/Entertainment)

  This position oversees the entire golf and ski day to day operations including, Golf Shop, Golf Course, Golf Tournaments, Golf Car Fleet Operations, Golf Practice Facilities.

• Supervisor Spa (Spa)

  To oversee and support the Spa Operations. Being a point of contact and leadership for desk operations, spa providers, and the spa attendants. Responsible for quality control, cleanliness, and mechanical condition of the Spa. A key component of position is training development in desk knowledge of services, and most important to the position is excellence in delivering guest service. Acting as MOD as needed.

• Assistant Director of Finance (Finance/Accounting)

  Are you ready to help shape the future of travel and hospitality? CoralTree is seeking an Assistant Director of Finance to join our team at Everline Resort & Spa. As the Assistant Director of Finance, you'll provide daily management of the accounting department which includes payroll, income audit, accounts payable, and general ledger. You'll be responsible for reconciling and maintaining the integrity of the general ledger. In addition, you will assist with the preparation of accurate and timely financial reporting, including cash flow, and routinely providing financial support and analysis to leadership across the resort.
