  We need someone who fits the description below to join our team as a Housekeeper. In this position, you would be responsible for cleaning your assigned areas of the hotel.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  The Hampton Inn Forrest City is currently hiring a Front Desk Agent to provide excellent customer service in a welcoming atmosphere.

  We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly customer service professionals! Prior face-to-face customer experience in a hotel is a huge plus but your attitude is more important. You must have a polished presentation with professional communication skills. Scheduling flexibility is a must.

• Breakfast Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  Must be very outgoing and look forward to keeping the guests happy 

• Houseperson Utility (Housekeeping)

  To perform a combination of tasks which maintain hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner, thereby contributing to a pleasant, positive guest experience.

• Night Auditor (Guest Services)

  We need a Night Auditor to oversee the front desk of the hotel overnight. In addition to helping guests with check-ins, check-outs, and other requests, you'll be reconciling the daily receipts and preparing guest bills. This is a great job for a night owl who loves numbers and doesn't want a typical 9-5 schedule.

• Maintenance Worker (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Seeking an experienced maintenance worker to keep our property beautiful!

  Provide preventative maintenance, suite care and necessary repairs on all aspects of the hotel.  Maintain a clean, attractive, and secure place to stay with friendly and attentive service.

• Public House Person (Housekeeping)

  House Persons support the overall functionality of the hotel Housekeeping department.  Ensuring availability and accessibility of supplies, maintenance of equipment, and cleanliness of storerooms and back-of-house areas, House Persons perform impactful work.  House Persons assist with trash removal, linen retrieval and sorting, and create clean and organized spaces to promote efficiency and effective hotel housekeeping operations.
