• Safety & Security Officer (Security)

  A Safety & Security Guard is responsible for providing protection for hotel guests employees and property. They are also responsible for providing guests with a sense of comfort and well being by maintaining a level of visibility. Depending on the hotel may be stationed in the base office for security of the Associate entrance and for conducting temperature checks during COVID procedures (as required).

  A Cook is responsible for preparing all food items based on standardized recipes for the Restaurant/Dining Outlet Cafe Room Service Employee Cafeteria and Banquets while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

• Food & Beverage Supervisor - Mary Jane's at Hard Rock (Food & Beverage)

  The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in ensuring first quality Food and Beverage service while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs. He/she is also responsible for continually working toward improving Food and Beverage sales revenues beyond budget. 

• Payroll Manager (Finance/Accounting)

  The Payroll/Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient processing of payroll and condo owner accounting. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates’ overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly. 

• Group Rooms Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  The Group Rooms Coordinator works closely with Sales & Marketing, Accounting, Conference Services and Group Meeting Planners to ensure excellent customer service and the highest level of accuracy in bookings is always provided.

• Marketing Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  The Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of marketing—including website, social media, advertising, defining and maintaining brand positioning, and collateral production for Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. This role oversees third party creative, digital marketing, and social agencies, and works closely with food & beverage event partners. This includes negotiating contracts, copywriting, requesting and approving artwork, assessing ad effectiveness, and providing follow-up. This role also participates in branding discussions and monitors brand cohesiveness through all marketing materials. The ideal candidate is an experienced manager, creative, detail-oriented, and undeniably charismatic with a passion for music. This is an on-site position with the flexibility to work on a hybrid remote schedule.

Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
