• Cocktail Server - La Société (Food & Beverage)

  The Cocktail Server is expected to provide timely, courteous service with guest satisfaction as the primary goal.  They are responsible for promotion of specials and up selling.

  Welcome guests, take their drink orders relay order to bartender, process order, deliver order to guest and receive payment for order.

• Assistant Director of Sales (Sales & Marketing)

  The Assistant Director of Sales is responsible for directing, coordinating, training and supervising the Sales Managers, Catering Manager(s) and Sales/Catering Administrators/Coordinators/Administrative Assistants in all sales-related activities.

  Supervise, administer and ensure timely completion of all activities of the Sales Department.

• Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchens, back dock, dumpster and utility work areas.

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.

  Process guests’ checks, collect cash and process credit cards and room charges according to standards.
