• Restaurant Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The purpose of the Restaurant Manager is to oversee, control and administer a la carte and/or outlets maintaining and exceeding property Brand Standards in each outlet.

  To greet guests upon entrance to outlet, direct guests to appropriate seating and ensure guest satisfaction.

  The primary duties of the night auditor are to check front office, restaurant and bar accounting records for accuracy, post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner and compile information for the financial records. Assist guests with check-in & check-out processes, provide guests with hotel services information, and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner.

• Event Coordinator / Manager (Meetings/Events)

  The purpose of the Event Coordinator/Manager is to oversee, control and administer a la carte and/or outlets maintaining and exceeding property Brand Standards in each outlet.

• Executive Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Direct and supervise the efficient operation of food production areas. In conjunction with Food and Beverage is responsible for supervising and assisting in the preparation of all food items, based on standardized recipes while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. Also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen, work and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for maintaining, setting up, food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, and other food items prepared on the front-line station.
