The Staff Accountant role is part of the Finance and Accounting team, primarily supporting the Resort Operation businesses including, but not limited to non-for profit vacation ownership associations. This position is responsible for the monthly close process and preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations for the Hyatt Vacation Ownership (HVO) division.
The Director of Finance (DOF), Marketing and Sales (M&S) Hyatt Vacation Ownership (HVO) is a proactive and trusted business leader who provides financial expertise and insights and leads the delivery of financial analyses and reports that enable M&S site leaders to make timely and informed business decisions, optimize business value, and manage financial risk. The DOF is responsible for leading and managing financial analysis and accounting operations in support of and in alignment with M&S site operations.
$5000 paid after successful completion of 45 days of employment and $5000 paid after 6 months of employment. Must be active employee to be eligible.* Qualifier: 2 years minimum RECENT Sales experience in the timeshare industry.
The AMS Marketing Executive position pays a base wage of $17.50 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) is reasonably expected to be between $12,000 and $113,000.

Contribute to the success of the organization and sales distribution site by effectively using sales techniques and processes to convert prospective owners into purchasers as well as reload Owners. Support Sales Executives by performing sales closings as part of a Take-Over process or when the Sales Executive is not licensed to perform closings on their own. Develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads. Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner, and follow through with the sales contract process to ensure that all required paperwork and legally required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued owner satisfaction with the organization and to develop future business opportunities (i.e., reloads, referrals, additional sales). Provide mentoring, coaching, consultation and feedback to Sales Executives on a regular basis. May also be responsible for delivering specific training opportunities as required and directed by sales management.
The Management Development Program offers a combination of learning activities, task-based assignments, practical work experience, and the ability to practice and developed leadership skills. Participants will also be partnered with a dedicated mentor/sponsor who will assist them with navigating the program.
The AMS Marketing Executive position pays a base wage of $17.50 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) is reasonably expected to be between $27,500 and $72,000.
