Responsible for assisting in successfully executing all operations in the hotel Operations departments (may include Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary and Engineering/Maintenance) and managing staff. Leads specific team while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals. This is an exempt position and will be paid on a salaried basis in accordance with state and federal law.

Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law and Standard Operating Procedures. Trains staff in established emergency procedures and implements accident and fire prevention procedures. Focuses on maintaining owners/guests and associate satisfaction while achieving the operating budget.

As a department head, directs and works with managers and employees to successfully execute all front office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures. Contribute to the success of the organization and sales distribution site by effectively using sales techniques and processes to convertprospective owners into purchasers as well as reload Owners. Support Sales Executives by performing sales closings as part of aTake-Over process or when the Sales Executive is not licensed to perform closings on their own. Develop relationships withprospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads. Cater the sales experience to the individual needs andpreferences of each potential owner, and follow through with the sales contract process to ensure that all required paperwork andlegally required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain the customer relationship after the sale iscomplete to ensure continued owner satisfaction with the organization and to develop future business opportunities (i.e., reloads,referrals, additional sales). Provide mentoring, coaching, consultation and feedback to Sales Executives on a regular basis. May alsobe responsible for delivering specific training opportunities as required and directed by sales management.
