• F&B/Retail Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The F&B/Retail Manager is responsible for assisting in coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of F&B outlet’s operations, while maintaining a profitable F&B outlet and high quality products and service levels.

  Work with other F&B managers and keep them informed of issues as they arise.

• Banquets Manager (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquet Manager is responsible for assuring the success of all banquet events, while maintaining a profitable operation and high quality products and service levels.

  Employees must, at all times, be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees.

• Bellperson (Guest Services)

  The Bellperson is responsible for assisting guests with luggage upon arrival and departure and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.

  Escort guests to rooms and familiarize them with hotel services.

• Cook - Station (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

  Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
