• Sound Technician (Recreation/Entertainment)

  The Sound Technician will play a crucial role in setting up, operating, and dismantling Isleta Resort and Casino’s live sound system, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction. This role is responsible for managing the soundboard and other audio equipment to maintain correct sound levels and a well-balanced mix, ensuring optimal sound quality for both performers on stage and the audience. Additionally, they will establish user requirements to guarantee the reliability, availability, integrity, and security of the resort's AV operations. Oversight of general maintenance ensures that all audio and video equipment, including the sound system and associated equipment, cables, and connections, are functioning properly for daily operations.

• Revenue Auditor II (Revenue Management)

  Responsible for performing Level One and Level Two audits.  Promotes and exhibits World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.  Ensures the integrity of the Isleta Resort and Casino’s Level One and Level Two audits, revenue, and related data while adhering to all applicable Tribal, Federal, State, and Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory regulations, standards, and requirements.

• Sports Book Supervisor (Gaming/Casino)

  Responsible for daily operations oversight, addressing guest issues related to sports book bets, promotions, and events. Ensures compliance with tribal, federal, state, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations.

• Barback (Food & Beverage)

  Provide the bar area with supplies and bartender with support. Assuring that guests have a positive gaming experience. Responsible for maintaining a clean and attractive beverage service area. Must be able to handle all guest requests.

• Electrician III (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and distribution systems.  All while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.

• Plumber IIII (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Installs, maintains, and/or repairs plumbing systems and related equipment.  All while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.

• HVAC Tech III (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Responsible for performing routine repairs and maintenance on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems including air distribution machinery, pneumatic and digital controls, hot and chilled water distribution, and variable volume systems, independently employs specially designed software and remote computer links to monitor systems and troubleshoot malfunctions. All while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.

• Safety Specialist (Regulatory Compliance)

  This position is responsible for developing and implementing department goals and standards, directing, coordinating, overseeing and delegating daily repair tasks and making sure that the Isleta Casino and Resort is kept operational and presentable. This person is responsible to lead  service technicians who work with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and equipment. Will also be responsible for working with contractors for completing larger renovation projects. Promotes and Exhibits World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.  Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations.

• Plumber I (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Installs, maintains, and/or repairs plumbing systems and related equipment under direction of Journeyman.  All while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.

• HVAC Tech I (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The objective of this position is to inspire and promote continuing education and on the job training. Responsible for assisting and/or performing basic repair and preventative maintenance for all HVAC equipment at company owned buildings in accordance with applicable codes and safety regulations, under close to moderate supervision. Must have previous training and work history in an HVAC discipline with a mechanical maintenance background. Equipment includes, but is not limited to air handlers, package units, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, compressors, pumps, refrigeration and freezer units. Knowledge of Tracer Summit System (TRANE) and/or other energy management systems would be helpful.
