Are you a passionate team player seeking an opportunity to grow and excel in a fun and energetic environment? Look no further!

Your Role

As part of our team, you will bring culinary creations to life by meticulously preparing food according to Banquet menu specifications. Maintaining a clean and inviting kitchen environment will be a top priority, including general cleaning and maintenance of food and beverage prep areas. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring food safety standards are met by properly storing perishables, dating and rotating food containers, and upholding a sanitary workspace. Additionally, you will be responsible for checking and restocking inventory as needed.

Qualifications

We are seeking individuals with basic reading, writing, and math abilities, along with some kitchen experience. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, stand and move around frequently, handle equipment, bend, stoop, and kneel as needed, and work in high-temperature areas near heavy equipment.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous related experience and/or training of one to three months is preferred.
