Line Cook

Black Fox Lodge, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton Hotel, is seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. This position is ideal for a passionate cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering high-quality dishes. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing and executing evening menu items while maintaining our high standards for food quality, presentation, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and hotel standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for the evening shift.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Work efficiently in a team environment to ensure timely food service.
• Monitor food quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
• Assist with inventory management and proper rotation of ingredients.
• Follow all safety and health regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality food preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
