As Breakfast Cook, you will be a part of our passionate culinary TEAM providing a positive guest experience through the preparation and presentation of breakfast items from our robust bistro menu. 

In this role you will prepare, season and cook light volume orders for breakfast and prep misc. food items. Keep track of kitchen line supplies and general light kitchen cleaning.

The Bistro is a fast paced, casual restaurant that is open year round, and offers a simple breakfast and dinner menu.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work 6 AM-11 AM 
• Prior work experience or similar role is helpful, but willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Reliable transportation
• Hilton brand experience is beneficial
