Your Role:
- Delight guests with your infectious energy and warm smiles.
- Maintain the pristine appearance of our public areas, from the lobby to the meeting rooms.
- Perform various cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning.
- Ensure all public spaces are well-stocked and impeccably presented at all times.
- Assist guests by fulfilling requests promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and laundry teams as needed.
- Safeguard guest and team member well-being by reporting any concerns to management.
Your Profile:
- Preferred background in housekeeping or similar roles.
- Precision and dedication to maintaining a spotless environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
- A welcoming and gracious demeanor that embodies hospitality.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when required.
- Familiarity with Roanoke's local attractions is a plus.
