  The Executive Sous Chef responsible for the assisting the Executive Chef in all areas of food production; sanitation, presentation, cost control, training of staff and organization of the different food operations in order to attract and retain gaming guests while contributing to the operating success of the food and beverage department. 

• F&B Azul Food Runner (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Expo and Food Runner are responsible for supporting restaurant servers and making sure the plates are assembled correctly before leaving the kitchen and in carrying food items to designated tables. Their duties include communicating with servers to determine their needs, carrying food items from the expediting counter to the right table and helping with cleanup duties, if time allows, after the conclusion of service. While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to have and maintain a positive demeanor and pleasant attitude towards all guests and team members.

  The Dining Room Attendant is responsible for assisting the service staff in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of guest dining areas and restaurant beverage stations. When necessary this position will be required to work as a cashier, it either being to cover breaks or an entire shift. While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to have and maintain a positive demeanor and pleasant attitude towards all guests and team members.
