As a Food & Beverage Server, you will fill a guest services role in supporting your hotel’s financial goals of the daily operation of the restaurant. You will ensure the highest quality of product and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues and profitability by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service.
As the Executive Chef, you will fill a vital role by directing and supervising food preparation for all food outlets of the hotel and ensures the highest level quality and consistency as relates to food handling, food quality and food presentations while maintaining established operational standards and maximizing profits for the hotel.
As a Van Driver, you will fill a support role in ensuring guest satisfaction through providing transportation, carrying baggage, disseminating information about the hotel and/or van destination, and coordinating certain aspects of guests’ arrivals and departures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
As a Hotel Night Auditor, you will fill a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction through check in, check out and attentive coordination of hotel services for each guest. You will be focused on optimizing each guest’s experience by promoting hotel services, facilities and outlets and providing information of upcoming events/functions in the hotel and surrounding areas. The Hotel Night Auditor accurately balances and audits the hotel’s income and expenses for the current 24 hour period.
As a Director of Food & Beverage, you will fill a vital role by directing and coordinating all activities of the food and beverage department, maintaining established operational standards and maximizing profits for the hotel.
As a member of the Bellstaff, you will fill a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction through assisting guests by carrying baggage to and from hotel rooms, disseminating information about the hotel’s facilities and room’s amenities, and coordinating certain aspects of guests’ arrivals and departures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

This position reports to the Food and Beverage Manager/Director or General Manager.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; or a 2-year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience.
As a Food & Beverage Bartender, you will fill a guest services role in supporting your hotel’s financial goals of the daily operation of the restaurant, banquet facilities, room service and/or other areas of the Food and Beverage departments. You will ensure the highest quality of product and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues and profitability by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service.
