  The Executive Assistant provides high-level, multi-executive administrative support to a group of senior leaders within Northwood Hospitality's home office. This role requires exceptional organizational agility, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple executives in a fast-paced, multi-property hospitality environment. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, exercises sound judgment on behalf of leadership, and serves as a trusted point of coordination between the executive team, property leadership, and external partners.

  The Staff Accountant plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting the overall financial health of our Hotel Portfolio 

• Vice President of Operations (Operations)

  The Vice President of Operations provides strategic and operational leadership across the company's portfolio of hotels. This role is accountable for driving consistent brand standards, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence across all properties, while developing and mentoring a bench of General Managers and property leadership teams. The VP of Operations serves as the primary link between corporate strategy and property-level execution, balancing centralized standards with the flexibility each asset and market requires.

• Vice President of Revenue Generation (Sales & Marketing)

  The Vice President of Revenue Generation is the senior commercial leader for Northwood Hospitality's portfolio, responsible for driving top-line growth and market share across every property we manage. This leader unifies revenue management, sales, marketing, and distribution into one commercial strategy, turning data into pricing and demand decisions that deliver results. The ideal candidate is part strategist, part analyst, and part coach: someone who can set portfolio-wide direction while building the capability of property-level commercial teams.

• Bartender - Thistle & Rye (Bartender/Mixologist)

• Bellman (Guest Services)

  Typically the first and last point of contact for our guests, the bell station position is a critical link to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include welcoming guests; opening doors; moving luggage; acquainting guests with amenities of the resort and their rooms; anticipating guests- needs and meeting or exceeding those needs; responding to and resolving guest inquires and complaints; and coordinating with other departments to ensure guests feel well-cared for and valued. This person should be very comfortable interacting with guests and potential clients in a highly professional manner.

  Job Summary: As an Engineer you will be responsible to assist in maintaining the standards of all regulatory requirements for our luxury hotel. Attending to guest repair requests and communicating with guests to resolve maintenance issues.  Perform preventive maintenance in hotel rooms, kitchens, laundry rooms and mechanical equipment, etc.
