The role performs the application, repair, and restoration of a wide range of interior and exterior finishes—including paint, stain, wall coverings, drywall, and specialty coatings—using industry-standard tools and techniques. The position also evaluates building conditions, identifies maintenance or repair needs, and supports project planning by developing accurate material take-offs from blueprints or field assessments. In addition, the role provides support in broader facility operations, including basic construction, plumbing, electrical, structural, and grounds maintenance tasks to ensure overall property upkeep.
Under general supervision of the Director of IT Operations, manages, coordinates and supports all major business applications that are used by Osage Casinos. Primary focus on the delivery of real-time business information and performance reporting across the gaming operations; financial management, patron management, hospitality management and compliance.

Under general supervision of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, maintains an efficient food operation by preparing hot and cold food items in accordance with production requirements, recipes and established safety policies and procedures.

The Call Center Agent is responsible for answering all incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner, professionally promoting Osage Casino operations and hotel services, ensuring maximum revenues, and making outbound calls as needed and in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
