• Kitchen Manager (Chefs/Kitchen)

  In anticipation of the opening of our second Paris Baguette location in Summer 2026, we are now accepting applications for an experienced Kitchen Manager. This position will oversee Bakers, Sandwich Makers, and Cake Decorators. Apply today to be considered for this exciting opportunity!

  The Kitchen Manager is responsible for quality food production, budget management, controlling food and labor costs to meet budget, managing and maintaining café and catering menus and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate must have strong culinary knowledge as well as technical and customer service skills. The Kitchen Manager will help to achieve our mission to bring expertly crafted baked goods to our guests through a warm and welcoming bakery café experience that delivers joy to everyone. 

• Team Lead (Food Service)

  Train Cashiers (in addition to working Cashier shifts).  Know how to prep all beverages, stock merchandise for following day, and operate all front of the house machines.  In addition, maintain brand cleaning standards in the front of the house areas.  The Team Leader is the face of Paris Baguette and is to assure all customers receive friendly, fast, and accommodating guest service.

  Caker is responsible for the carrying out operations and productions that takes place in the kitchen such as baking, recipe, preparation, etc. This individual is responsible for maintaining the in-store production process to make the work place safe and hygienic for all employees, and is also responsible for the overall confectionary production, decorating and maintain quality and safety of the work place. Caker’s goal should be customer satisfaction by ensuring product quality at the store.
