The department is open 24/7….so each front desk role is as important as the others. Front desk associates are key to the overall guest experience. As the late shift, you essentially work without management supervision, so your responsibility is even greater as you help close out the business for the day and check guests in and out during non-traditional hours. Your proactive, responsive, and caring approach will make all the difference. The night shift also ensures guests have a safe stay by monitoring abnormal activity inside and outside the hotel and watching for weather issues that could threaten our resting guests.
