  Here at Soboba Casino Resort, we welcome new and diverse talent!! Our fantastic new Casino is seeking an Experienced Asst. F&B Director with a Minimum of 8- 10 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage Senior Management role.

  The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage will work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage and oversee all Food and Beverage outlets. This includes hiring management staff, implementing new menus, controlling food, beverage, and labor cost.
