This role is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s physical assets, managing the R&M budget, ensuring life safety compliance, and leading the engineering team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Director of Sales (Sales & Marketing)

  The Director of Sales leads the hotel’s commercial sales strategy and on-property sales execution, ensuring alignment with The Manner’s luxury positioning, brand standards, and ownership objectives. This role is responsible for driving total hotel revenue across luxury leisure, consortia, business travel, group, and events, while maintaining a strong market presence and cultivating high-value relationships.
