They are responsible for greeting guests, helping check-ins, providing luggage service to clients, and ensuring each guest enjoys an exceptional stay in Anchorage. The role requires handling guest inquiries, luggage service and managing check-in and check-out support in an efficient, warm, and professional manner.

• Maintenance Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  At The Wildbirch Hotel, our Maintenance Technician supports the entire engineering, housekeeping and operation team and is responsible for the upkeep and repair of our guest rooms, public areas, back-ofhouse areas, facilities and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
