We are seeking a dynamic Director ofPeople & Culture  who will be instrumental in building our team and driving the recruitment efforts needed to launch our new hotel. • Porter / Bell Service (Guest Services)

They are responsible for greeting guests, helping check-ins, providing luggage service to clients, and ensuring each guest enjoys an exceptional stay in Anchorage. The role requires handling guest inquiries, luggage service and managing check-in and check-out support in an efficient, warm, and professional manner.

• Valet Car Service (Guest Services)

They are responsible for greeting guests, helping check-ins, accepting/rteunbring the car to clients, park the car and ensuring each guest enjoys an exceptional stay in Anchorage. The role requires handling guest inquiries, luggage service and managing car check-in and check-out in an efficient, warm, and professional manner.

• Maintenance Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  At The Wildbirch Hotel, our Maintenance Technician supports the entire engineering, housekeeping and operation team and is responsible for the upkeep and repair of our guest rooms, public areas, back-ofhouse areas, facilities and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Room Attendant / Housekeeper (Housekeeping)

• Director of Food & Beverage (Food & Beverage)

  As the Food and Beverage Director, you will be in-charge of the entire food and beverage department of the hotel. You are the champion of excellent service, creating an ambiance that promotes a memorable and positive experience for all of the restaurant’s guests and food and beverage-related service

  You may have been “an octopus in your past life…” so to speak. You like to mingle with your guests, while managing your staff, tracking inventory managing cash flow, observing the placement of silverware and wine glass setting on a table, and more.

• Controller (Finance/Accounting)

  Establishes, coordinates, and administers all financial systems, internal controls, and the hotel’s capital plan. Prepares and reviews budgets, forecasts, operating results, financial reports, and tax returns in compliance with government regulations and ownership requirements. The Controller is the financial manager of the hotel. The position is responsible for short- and long-term planning and the daily operations of the Controller's department. Develops and recommends the department's budget and objectives and manages within those approved plans. Participates in total hotel management as a member of the hotel's Executive Committee and is responsible for providing the timely dissemination of reports to management to assist in achieving bottom-line results. Consults and clears with the Vice President and Corporate Controller any accounting transactions or control procedures which are not specifically addressed in The Wildbirch Hotel Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual or which require interpretation.

• Housekeeper (Housekeeping)

They are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every space is fresh, tidy, and inviting. The role involves meticulous attention to detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently and independently. Housekeeping Room Attendants ensure that each guest experiences a serene and well-kept environment throughout their stay in Anchorage, contributing to the overall exceptional guest experience.
