• Assistant Server (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Server Assistant plays an essential role in creating smooth and gracious dining experiences across all resort outlets — restaurant, pool, beach, and in-room dining. The position supports the service team by maintaining table settings, assisting with beverage and bread service, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring all service areas are impeccably organized. Every action contributes to Forbes-level guest satisfaction through attention to detail, teamwork, and anticipatory service.

• Engineering Supervisor (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Coordinates and supervises activities relating to the maintenance and repair of physical systems of buildings and equipment. Coordinates and supervises preventative maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.  Supervises the work of others and performs needed work him/herself as necessary.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Must be able to speak, read and write English to facilitate the communication process. Must have extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities. Must possess basic computer skills, basic math skills, and strong communication skills. Should be detailed and highly organized. Must have flexible availability. Previous luxury experience preferred. Able to work a flexible schedule.

• Dual Licensed Massage Therapist (Spa)

  To assist the Spa Director in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of operations. They are to administer professional massage and body treatments to our guest. They must have thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities and possess a general understanding of body treatments, to ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards.

• Licensed Massage Therapist (Spa)

This role delivers Forbes Five-Star–aligned guest experiences through expert product knowledge, attentive service, and graceful presentation. The Server ensures every guest interaction reflects the resort’s culture of genuine hospitality and professionalism while maintaining efficiency, cleanliness, and teamwork.

• PBX Operator (Guest Services)

  Must have extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities. Must possess basic computer skills, and strong communication skills. Should be detailed and highly organized. Must have flexible availability. Candidates must be willing to work Mornings or Evenings including weekends and holidays. Must possess Excellent customer service skills

• Recreation Supervisor (Recreation/Entertainment)

  This position oversees the outside recreation area consisting of two pools, the beach, rental of cabana, receptions areas and plans and executes activities.

• Operations Maintenance Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Performs all building maintenance tasks as assigned and all preventative maintenance tasks as required. Answers radio calls and responds to guest room and public area calls in a prompt and professional manner according to standards. Follows-up and updates status of ongoing projects Engineer Management in a timely manner.

• Banquets Sous Chef (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquets Sous Chef oversees culinary operations for banquet and catered events while providing cross-operational support across resort outlets. This role ensures exceptional quality, consistency, cost control, and food safety standards while supporting labor efficiency and leadership coverage.

• Pool and Beach Bartender (Recreation/Entertainment)

  The Bartender is responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for guests across all resort outlets, including bars, pool and beach areas, restaurants, and in-room dining. This role combines technical beverage knowledge, creativity, and anticipatory service to ensure guests enjoy perfectly crafted drinks with attentive, Forbes Five-Star service. Bartenders also maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and liquor regulations.

• Houseperson (Housekeeping)

  Maintain all Guest Room Hallway floor corridors and elevator landings clean, organized and free of trash. Assist Room Attendants with daily room cleaning of balconies, sliding doors, trash and linen removal. Supply housekeepers with all necessary linen, guest supplies and guest amenities. Keep Service Elevators and Landing clean and tidy at all times.  Notify your supervisor of any damaged or broken items.
