The Server Assistant plays an essential role in creating smooth and gracious dining experiences across all resort outlets — restaurant, pool, beach, and in-room dining. The position supports the service team by maintaining table settings, assisting with beverage and bread service, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring all service areas are impeccably organized. Every action contributes to Forbes-level guest satisfaction through attention to detail, teamwork, and anticipatory service.
Coordinates and supervises activities relating to the maintenance and repair of physical systems of buildings and equipment. Coordinates and supervises preventative maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. Supervises the work of others and performs needed work him/herself as necessary.
Must be able to speak, read and write English to facilitate the communication process. Must have extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities. Must possess basic computer skills, basic math skills, and strong communication skills. Should be detailed and highly organized. Must have flexible availability. Previous luxury experience preferred. The Banquets Sous Chef oversees culinary operations for banquet and catered events while providing cross-operational support across resort outlets. This role ensures exceptional quality, consistency, cost control, and food safety standards while supporting labor efficiency and leadership coverage.
The Bartender is responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for guests across all resort outlets, including bars, pool and beach areas, restaurants, and in-room dining. This role combines technical beverage knowledge, creativity, and anticipatory service to ensure guests enjoy perfectly crafted drinks with attentive, Forbes Five-Star service. Bartenders also maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and liquor regulations.
Maintain all Guest Room Hallway floor corridors and elevator landings clean, organized and free of trash. Assist Room Attendants with daily room cleaning of balconies, sliding doors, trash and linen removal. Supply housekeepers with all necessary linen, guest supplies and guest amenities. Keep Service Elevators and Landing clean and tidy at all times. Notify your supervisor of any damaged or broken items.
