• Internal Auditor - Gaming Commission (Internal Audit)

• Stagehand (Recreation/Entertainment)

  This position is responsible for the day to day operational maintenance of the casino showroom, including sets, seating, lighting, sound, and cleanliness of the room. • Kitchen Mechanic - Food Service Equipment Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  This position is responsible for performing maintenance service and repair on hot line kitchen equipment and cold line refrigeration systems. The Kitchen Mechanic works on commercial foodservice equipment including Hobart equipment, dish machines, combi ovens, Baxter ovens and participates in cross training program to lift skills and awareness.

• Red Falcon Lounge Supervisor (Food & Beverage)
