  This position is responsible for supervising all day-to-day operations activities and initiatives of the Beverage Department to ensure all customers are given the proper level of customer service, establish the tone for the shift, train department staff, ensure conformance of all established Beverage Department policies and standards.   This position is responsible for preparing, seasoning and cooking sauces, meats, vegetables and other foodstuffs in a restaurant using standardized recipes. Serve prepared food using appropriate plates, cups, pans, bowls and trays to maintain customer appeal. Clean and sanitize workstation making sure everything is properly covered, labeled, dated and rotated, to ensure service of quality and healthy food. • Tribal Gaming Commission Internal Auditor (Internal Audit)

  This position is responsible for overseeing all areas of the Casino Operation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and tribal law and regulations. Makes recommendations to commence an investigation into any areas that are suspected of non-compliance. This position is of high sensitivity and integrity is of utmost importance.

• Main Banker (Finance/Accounting)

  This position is responsible for assisting the Cage Shift Management Team in balancing the Casino Cage by consolidating all cash and cash equivalents, while also serving as the repository for gaming chips, casino currency, and coins.
