• Taproom Lead Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This position is responsible for preparing, seasoning and cooking sauces, meats, vegetables and other foodstuffs in a restaurant using standardized recipes. Serve prepared food using appropriate plates, cups, pans, bowls and trays to maintain customer appeal. Clean and sanitize workstation making sure everything is properly covered, labeled, dated and rotated, to ensure service of quality and healthy food. • Patrol Officer (Security)

  This position is responsible for protecting all Tribal owned properties against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry by performing security functions. Officers will enforce Tribal, Federal, and State policies, ordinances, and laws. Will respond to a variety of calls for service to protect tribal members, patrons, and employees.   This position is responsible for overseeing all areas of the Casino Operation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and tribal law and regulations. Makes recommendations to commence an investigation into any areas that are suspected of non-compliance. This position is of high sensitivity and integrity is of utmost importance.

• Player Development Host (Sales & Marketing)

  This position is responsible for coordinating the workflow of Player Development Services between all facets of Player Development department and other departments across the property.
