  The Pool Bar Server provides poolside food & beverage service exclusively to the guests staying at Watermark Beach Resort located in beautiful Osoyoos, BC. The Pool Bar Server's job is to provide excellent poolside service, take orders, deliver items, handle payments, and create a fun atmosphere, while maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, upselling specials, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. This position requires exceptional guest service, sales skills, desire to learn and educate on food and wine, team morale and a dedication to a fun yet professional and reliable work environment. This position requires ability to handle high volumes and be versatile and flexible within the pool deck as well as behind the bar preparing beverages.

  The primary role of the F&B Bartender is to provide exceptional service to all customers at 15 Park Bistro, and at the various food and beverage outlets at Watermark Beach Resort, including the banquet floor.  A Bartender is responsible for all aspects of guest service in our restaurant and banquet floor such as explaining cocktail ingredients, giving wine recommendations, and gaining the knowledge to promote menu items inclusive of our chef’s farm to table approach.  This role will require the ability to work flexible hours in a small team.

  We are looking for a Restaurant Host to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The Host’s responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, managing the restaurants reservations and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas while generating excitement for the dining experience ahead.  For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. You should also be available to work in shifts. Ultimately, you will ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.

  A Night Laundry Attendant washes, dries, folds, and organizes linens/garments overnight, operating commercial machines, sorting by color/fabric, treating stains, maintaining equipment, and keeping the laundry area clean, often working independently to ensure fresh supplies for the next day.

• Night Houseperson - Spring / Summer 2026 (Housekeeping)

  A Night Houseperson ensures the resort remains clean and stocked overnight by cleaning public/common areas, restocking supplies, removing trash, assisting room attendants, responding to guest needs (towels, amenities), and sometimes handling light maintenance, all while working independently or in a small team during late-night hours. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, our Housepersons are a critical member of the housekeeping team.  This role requires a strong level of guest service as they interact frequently with guests when delivering items and amenities.

  Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, our Housepersons are a critical member of the housekeeping team.  They are responsible for assisting the housekeeping team remain supplied and stocked with everything they need to take care of our rooms and our guests.  This role requires a strong level of Guest Service as they interact frequently with guests when delivering items and amenities.

  Our Bell team members are the resort’s first and last impression made to our guests.  A Bellperson is responsible for warmly greeting guests, handling luggage, assisting with check-in/out, providing directions and information on resort services & local attractions, maintaining lobby appearance, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming guest experience. Bell team members need to be an expert on the local area and generate excitement to our guests on what makes Osoyoos the destination of choice!

They are responsible for welcoming visitors, managing check-ins/outs, handling reservations, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, processing payments, and coordinating with other staff (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and positive guest experience from arrival to departure.

  The server assistant is responsible for assisting servers in delivering the dining experience in the restaurant.  This is a great position for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of the Food and Beverage industry but doesn’t quite have the experience yet. The server assistant’s watchful presence ensures that guest needs are taken care of when the server is away. The restaurant and pool bar are clean, sanitized and organized because the server assistant has a passionate hate for dirt and mess.  Bussing tables, expediting food and assisting the host with table setups keeps the server assistants very busy in this physical job.  In addition to the restaurant and running food to the pool, the server assistants are also called upon to assist with serving during banquet functions when they arise.
