• Shuttle Driver (Transportation)

  Essential Job Functions Transport guests to and from designated and approved locations using official hotel vehicles (cars or vans). Operate hotel vehicles in a safe manner and in accordance with established laws. Perform assigned duties associated with guest transportation (ex. maintain logs, show videos, etc.). Read, track and comply with guest transportation schedules established on a daily basis. Properly maintain and clean hotel vehicles Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents and/or floors with cleaning agents by extending arms over head to reach all above areas. Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents. Thoroughly dust all furniture, pictures, and shelves, extending arms over head, bending and stooping as needed. Thoroughly clean and polish all metal surfaces, applying pressure in repeated motion. Clean ashtrays and empty trash. Assist with washing coffee mugs and drinking glasses. Ensure that the lobby area is neat and clean, including picking up trash, keeping floors clean, including front entrance. Assists Front Desk with guest requests such as delivering “towels, toiletry, etc.” Walk the parking lot daily for excess trash. Turns in all lost and found items and all guest room keys. Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Perform any related duties as requested by management. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Push Heavy carts. Bend and reach to dust, clean  Stand and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods. Talk to many different kinds of people to give information, answer questions and provide required services. Move fingers, arms and hands quickly and easily to perform cleaning duties. Lift all equipment and supplies on and off cart. Must be 21 years of age to drive corporate shuttle. 

• Senior Catering Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  Solicit, book, plan and coordinate meetings/functions while maximizing the banquet space to meet/exceed sales goals. Utilize prospecting skills and strong business sense to consistently exceed catering revenue goals.  Report all Catering activities to the Director of Sales. Enliven the Westmont Standards within the Department and the hotel.  Support all Corporate and hotel initiatives as needed.

• Bell Desk / Valet (Guest Services)

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and delivering food orders efficiently, timely and consistently in quality and presentation. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of cleanliness observing required health and safety standards according to hotel policy and brand standards.

    Balance room, restaurant and bar daily work.  Post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner.  Maintain files and reset the systems for next day operations.  Also works as a front desk agent during shift as needed.
