The primary responsibility of the Officer - Security is to provide for the safety and protection of guests, team members, and company property. Anticipates potential problems and seeks ways to prevent disruption, injuries, and prohibited conduct from occurring on company premises. Responds to emergency situations as requested and takes appropriate steps to rectify problems and at the same time minimize hotel liability. The primary responsibility of the Representative – Player Services is to provide excellent guest service, exchange cash and chips for guests, issue counter checks at the gaming tables, assist guests with player card transactions, and make payouts to guests on winning Table, Slot and Sportsbook wagers in accordance with established procedures. Representative – Players Services is required to balance their cashier drawer at the end of their shift. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
The primary responsibility of the Manager - Banquets is to execute banquet food and beverage events according to banquet event order specifications, adjust specifications as necessary and perform follow-up ensuring guest satisfaction. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Those who become certified and licensed are offered either Full or Part Time work based on business need.

The primary responsibility of the Server - Chop House is to accurately take food and beverage orders and serve the requested food & beverage in a timely and friendly manner. The primary responsibility of the Bar Porter is to provide unmatched customer service through the efficient and thorough completion of their tasks, including but not limited to: keeping all bar areas clean, removal of trash, and helping in operation of the Beverage Department in any other way. The primary responsibility of the Agent - Front Desk is to sell and assign rooms, register guests, render bills, receive cash and credit payments while providing unmatched guest services. The primary responsibility of the Cook II is to ensure the proper preparation and cooking of all food items in a safe, timely, organized manner maintaining a high quality standard. The primary responsibility of the Technician - Maintenance II is to provide general maintenance, carpentry and painting property- wide. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

The primary responsibility of the Shift Manager - Urban Table is to assist the Manager - Urban Table in all aspects of the outlet/restaurant on a daily basis including, staffing and training, financial results and quality of service. Duties include but not limited to working hands-on with restaurant team membersto ensure the highest quality of food and beverage service within the specific restaurant concept.
