Under the leadership of the property General Manager, the Senior Director of Marketing is responsible for leading and execution of all marketing strategies. This executive leadership role requires a deep understanding of the casino and hospitality industries. The Senior Director of Marketing will work in collaboration with the corporate Chief Marketing Officer and the corporate Marketing Directors to drive the acquisition and retention of gaming & non-gaming customers and to maximize revenue growth and profitability. This position reports to the General Manager and manages the following marketing departments: marketing planning, advertising & brand management, promotions & special events, entertainment, and marketing budget management & analysis.
The Staff Accountant II performs a variety of bookkeeping/accounting activities in support of the accounting department. The job duties require basic knowledge of accounting concepts and practices. Additionally, duties may require knowledge of fixed asset accounting/tracking and accounts payable/purchasing functions
The Player Services Representative assists in executing property promotions in order to maximize the profits of the gaming facility, giving correct change, accurately counting and recording assigned funds, verifying and documenting personal information for all transactions. Player Services Representatives are responsible for performing high volume cash and non-cash transactions with guests and team members in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner; Computes all monetary transactions, maintains accurate transactions and auditable balancing practices. The beginning and end of shifts count down and balance amounts to impress the bank.

The Human Resources Assistant is an administrative position within the Human Resources department. The primary focus of this position is to support and maintain the Human Resource Management System (Microsoft Great Plains), in addition to the orientation and on-boarding of new employees. The position will ensure all data entered into the Great Plains system is compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements and corporate HRIS standards and processes while maintaining accuracy and completeness in order to complete new hire, rehire, reinstatements, terminations, status changes or pay rate transactions, prior to final processing by payroll.

Duties And Responsibilities
Imputes Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data for new hires
Enters and updates a variety of data maintained electronically
Maintains paper-based personnel files and processing all status changes
Provides data support to the HR processes including recruiting, on-boarding, salary change, employee and organizational change, time tracking and termination
Interfaces with others to resolve questions, inconsistencies in work product, or missing data
Creates HR processes and ensures the continuous improvement of efficiencies related to on-boarding and employee status changes
Provides assistance on projects related to Compensation, HRIS, and Benefits
Must be able to meet with the public daily and be able to multi task
Must be able to process applicant flow and be responsible for maintaining employee/applicant business portals
Other duties & responsibilities as assigned

High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment- required
Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older- required
Associate’s Degree in Business, Human Resources- required
OR One (1) year of Human Resources experience- required
Excellent Data Entry, Typing, and Outlook skills (a skills test will be administered and candidate must achieve at least 70% skills pass rate)- required
Strong understanding of HR processes; Experience using Microsoft Great Plains- preferred
Proficient computer skills to maintain databases, run reports, design and perform other HRIS computer operations as necessary; thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Demonstrates skills in planning and maintaining composure under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines
Must possess a high level of maturity and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Able to effectively work and communicate with all levels of the organization and excel in a team oriented environment
Willing to work various hours as needed, including weekends, nights and/or holidays
Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position

The Game Performance Technician II is responsible for keeping all parts and inventory working in proper condition. They will also play a key role in special projects, machine moves and conversions on the gaming floor.
EVS Attendant II is responsible for the upkeep, cleaning and detailing of the gaming complex to include floors, ceilings, machines, bathrooms and offices located at the casino. EVS personnel will produce the highest quality of cleanliness in all areas following established procedures.
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for effective use of all assigned restaurant and/or beverage personnel to achieve maximum operating results, revenue enhancements and tracking, and cost of goods control. Ensures that guest’s service needs in the restaurant and beverage areas are identified and implements programs designed to ensure proper guest service. Provides leadership and direction for assigned employees in the restaurant/beverage areas and supports all Casino initiatives throughout the property.
The Attendant provides excellent service by taking and serving food and beverage orders to customers. The Attendant processes food and beverage transactions using cash, comps, coupons, and credit cards.
The Grounds Technician I performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures as directed on grounds, turf grass, pavements, walkways, amphitheater, ponds, swimming pools and fountains. This is an entry level position.
