The Breakfast Host is responsible for setting the stage for a great start to each guest’s day with a breakfast that puts them on a positive path as the prepare for their scheduled activities. It also opens the door to speaking to and having conversations with the guests, many times which turn into an opportunity gather information that also acts as a source of business leads for the Sales Department.

The Room Attendant is responsible one of the most important tasks in the hotel: ensuring that each guest experiences clean accommodations and facilities, making sure that all traces of previous guests are removed, and that everything is working.
The Bartender is responsible for ensuring a fun and entertaining visit for customers in the Café and Bar, providing a warm and inviting welcome experience and a superlative food and beverage experience.
The Front Desk Ambassador is responsible for kicking off the beginning of a guest’s exceptional stay by being the first point of contact, making the best impression, accommodating the requests and needs of the guest, and providing them excellent accommodations, a stage set by fellow team members.
