You will largely be in charge of creating the first experience of each hotel guest, so come prepared with your 'A' game and a friendly smile. Our Guest Service Representatives are responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner, handling all payments received via cash, credit cards, checks, or traveler’s checks, and balancing and verifying all monetary transactions in the appropriate accounts. You will ensure that all hotel keys are distributed to the appropriate parties, guest privacy is maintained, and maintain all documentation regarding room registration, changes, charges, credit card transactions, customer service, and maintenance issues by performing the following duties.

Responsible for the cleaning of guest rooms, public area, and assisting with laundry by performing the following duties.
The Fairfield By Marriott Slippery Rock is currently accepting applications for Laundry/facility attendant. We are looking for quality applicants who take great pride in provided a clean, inviting space for our guests. Duties will include but are not limited to: Cleaning and maintaining the lobby, breakfast area, common areas, I.E. Guest Laundry, pool and fitness areas, as well as restocking amenities. It will also include emptying garbage, keeping the parking lot clean and welcoming at all times, vacuuming the upstairs hallways, cleaning the elevator and other general cleaning and maintenance duties. The position will also entail cleaning, folding, and organizing the hotel linen, including sheets and terry. You must be able to prioritize daily tasks and work in an environment with minimal supervision so being a self-starter is a must. Your daily hours will be split between the two departments but will largely take place during daylight hours. Some flexibility may be granted if it fits the hotels needs. You must be a hard worker, with close attention to detail, be able to take feedback and possess a positive demeanor who is content in helping fellow associates and guests where ever necessary. This is a full time position but hours can vary during off-peak season.
