• Lead Spa Receptionist (Spa)

  The Lead Spa Receptionist is responsible for ensuring that all visitors to the Arizona Grand Spa and Athletic Club are greeted in a friendly and courteous manner. The lead receptionist will check the guests in and out for treatments, answer Athletic Club & Spa phones to answer questions and book spa treatments & train all new Spa Receptionists. The Lead will also assist with retail sales, retail inventory/organization, communications of specials and discounts to Spa Reception desk. This role will also check in gym members and assist in keeping locker rooms & gym tidy and stocked and stock linen.
