This individual has a creative vision, entrepreneurial thinking, and a breadth of knowledge of a wide range of hospitality assets and building systems, and a strong background in maintaining MEP systems. He/She is process and detail driven to obtain results that exceed expectations of our guests, hotel teams and senior management. A focus on fiscal responsibility is also expected. This position is responsible for support of the engineering function at all hotels.  Uses leadership and technical skills to ensure effective implementation of maintenance programming and corporate standards to maximize the efficacy of the engineering staff, and the reliability and longevity of building equipment and systems. Effective support of assigned staff to ensure achievement of overall financial results, guest satisfaction and positive team member relations.
