Under direct supervision of the Table Games Pit Manager, monitors all Table Games offered by Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE), Dealers, and all non-department guests coming in contact with the Table Games Pit on assigned shifts while creating a fun, friendly, and courteous environment for all.
Under general supervision of the Finance Supervisor, the Accountant performs basic accounting functions such as account reconciliations, prepares journal entries, assists with preparation of month end financial statements and year-end audit. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

Under direct supervision of the Revenue Audit Supervisor, reviews and compares operational paperwork with reports from systems for Tohono O'odham Gaming Enterprise. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Under direct supervision of the Assistant Banquet Manager, takes food and beverage orders from the guests, prepares the beverages ordered and serves the guest. Works efficiently in a team based environment and must follow Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws, TOGE alcohol training as well as all Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) internal controls, consistently.
Under direct supervision of the Executive Casino Host and Executive Casino Host (Latin Market), the Casino Host is responsible for developing and delivering an environment that creates excitement for internal and external guests, promoting and coordinating programs, activities and special events to attract mid-level and high limit guests, as well as develop and establish relationships with guests and encourage property loyalty, repeat visits, all while exhibiting the Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprises (TOGE) Core Values of delivering outstanding guest service and guest satisfaction.
Under the direct supervision of the Room Chef and F&B Back of the House Intern, this position entails using a wide array of cooking techniques to prepare food for enterprise guests, basic skill in meat and fish butchery, basic knowledge of preparation of stocks and sauces, placing stock in proper storage areas, cleaning and maintaining work areas and kitchens, and overall production for all Food & Beverage venues.
