  Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Line Cook - Join Our Culinary Team for the PM Wednesday-Sunday shift at El Chorro, an iconic destination for dining and events!

  The Line Cook is responsible for preparation, set-up, and maintenance of all meat, fish, poultry, and other food items prepared in the broiler and sauté station.  Learn new skills and cook fantastic culinary dishes!  This is an opportunity for an experienced culinarian and a great PM shift Wednesday through Sunday!

• Dishwasher / Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Seeking a warm, fast paced environment where you can learn and grow with an outstanding culinary team? El Chorro is an iconic dining and event destination that prides itself on Making Space for Genuine Hospitality - for our associates and our guests!

  The Dishwasher is responsible for washing the plateware, pots and silverware, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding area. This role also assists the chefs and kitchen team with projects and culinary execution as needed.  We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic.  This is also a great entry level position with opportunity for growth in the culinary field!
